You can pretty much start any Phillie the entire season but with Philadelphia starting a Strasburg-less Nationals team and the back end of an enigmatic Marlins rotation at home, expect some power numbers.

He's showing signs of being a top flight #1. He's a must start on any team. Will have a good week against the Mariners after his previous start against them.

Started Opening Day for the Team Hollywood but has been a disaster. No reason to start him this week against SF.
